教學助理之死, 告上終審庭之學校干預市場自由:
話說學校有條規例，禁止低年級的學生出外午飯。
低年級的同學有兩個選擇：a. 幫襯學校欽點的供應商。b. 唔幫襯供應商，自己帶飯。
然而，本校學生聰明靈活醒目秉承香港仔精神，威過新加坡的死板公務員，拍得住早前落台的英國首相貝里雅－－走出了第三條路！......

Never blame your students, so... blame their parents, or the government!
